My name is Sean James and I have an opinion about business execution.

I have been a leader in operations and services sales and execution for more than 20 years.  This site and this blog are a humble attempt to lay out my approach to driving execution.

This site is broken into two parts, The 5 Rules and The Blog.   The 5 Rules are a set of business tools and processes I use when leading.  They have been developed and refined over the years and I expect they will be refined further based upon any feedback I receive.

The Blog will contain a range of topics from application of The 5 Rules in the real world to how to conduct effective meetings and other business advice you may find useful.
